Terms of service.
Last updated 21 October 2026
The short version: we find copies of your content online and ask the sites to take them down, in our name, never yours. Nothing gets sent without your approval.
1. What we do
LeaksGone searches leak sites, forums, file hosts, Telegram, Reddit and Google for copies of your paid content. When you approve a link, we send a takedown notice to the site, its host and the search engines, and we track it until it comes down.
We act as your agent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the EU Digital Services Act and similar laws. Before we send any notice, you sign the takedown authorization.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use LeaksGone.
You sign in with a one-time link we email you. Keep that inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
Only ask us to scan or protect content that is yours, or that you are authorized to protect. Asking us to act against someone else’s content, or giving us false information, ends your account.
3. Free scans
A free scan is a one-off search for your stage name and usernames. We send the report to the email you gave us, usually within 24 hours. It costs nothing and doesn’t sign you up for anything.
A scan finds public pages only. We never log in to sites, buy content or contact anyone who posted your content.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans and their prices are listed on our pricing page. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew each month until you cancel. A one-time cleanup is paid before the work starts.
You can cancel any time by emailing hello@leaksgone.com. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you paid for.
Our guarantee: if nothing is removed or delisted in your first 30 days, email us and we refund that month in full.
5. Takedowns
We only send a notice for a link you approved, and only when we believe in good faith that the use isn’t allowed by you or by law. You can ask us to stop for any link, site or piece of content at any time.
Notices go out in LeaksGone’s name as your agent. Some recipients publish notices in public databases such as Lumen. Our notices never include your home address or phone number. If a site insists on the copyright owner’s legal name, we ask you before we share it.
If someone files a counter-notice, we tell you within 3 business days and you decide what happens next.
6. What we can’t promise
We can’t force a website, host or search engine to remove anything, and some leak sites ignore notices. We promise the work and honest reporting, not a particular number of removals. Copies can reappear after removal, which is why paid plans keep scanning.
7. Ending the service
You can close your account any time by emailing hello@leaksgone.com. We stop sending new notices; notices already sent stay valid.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by asking us to act on content that isn’t yours. If we close a paid account for another reason, we refund the unused part of the month.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income from leaks we didn’t find or couldn’t get removed. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you live in the EU or another country whose consumer laws give you more protection, those protections still apply.
