Takedown authorization.

Last updated 21 October 2026

This is what you agree to when you let LeaksGone send takedown notices for you. You sign it once, in your dashboard, before we send anything.

1. You appoint us as your agent

You appoint LeaksGone as your authorized agent to protect your content online. That covers:

  • Sending takedown notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), the EU Digital Services Act and similar laws.
  • Sending them to websites, hosts, CDNs such as Cloudflare, domain registrars, search engines such as Google and Bing, and platforms such as Reddit, X and Telegram.
  • Asking search engines to remove results that link to your content.
  • Reporting accounts that impersonate you.
  • Signing those notices as your agent, including the statement that we are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

We won’t file lawsuits, send settlement demands or respond to counter-notices for you without your separate written consent.

2. Your content

“Your content” means photos, videos, audio and text you created or own, including what you publish on OnlyFans, Fansly and similar platforms, under the stage names and usernames you list when you sign.

3. Your promises

  • You own the copyright in your content, or hold exclusive rights that let you enforce it.
  • Everyone shown in your content was 18 or older when it was created, and you hold the consent and age records the law requires.
  • You’ll tell us promptly if a link we flag is not yours, is licensed to someone else, or was posted with your permission.
  • The information you give us is true.

4. How we send notices

  • We review every match, and only send a notice for links you approved, when we believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by you, your agent or the law. We consider fair use first.
  • You can tell us to stop for any link, site or piece of content at any time.
  • If someone files a counter-notice, we tell you within 3 business days. You decide what happens next; we never restore or contest a removal without your instruction.

5. Your privacy in notices

  • Notices go out in LeaksGone’s name as your agent, with our contact details, wherever the law and the recipient allow.
  • If a recipient insists on the copyright owner’s legal name, we ask you before we share it.
  • We never include your home address or phone number.

Notices are sometimes forwarded to the person who posted the content, and some recipients publish them in public databases such as Lumen. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

6. Illegal content

If we come across material that appears to involve a minor, we don’t download or keep it, and we report it to NCMEC or the relevant authority. This overrides everything else here.

7. No guaranteed result

We can’t force anyone to remove content, and some leak sites ignore notices. We guarantee our effort and honest reporting, not a number of removals. Fees and refunds follow our terms.

8. Liability

  • Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • If a claim arises because one of your promises above was false, you cover our losses from it.
  • If a claim arises because we sent a notice you told us not to send, we cover your losses from it.

9. Ending this authorization

It lasts until one of us ends it. You can end it any time by emailing legal@leaksgone.com. We can end it with 14 days’ notice, or straight away if one of your promises turns out to be false. When it ends we stop sending new notices; notices already sent stay valid.

10. Agencies

If an agency signs for a creator, the agency confirms it holds the creator’s written permission to appoint LeaksGone, and will show it to us on request.

11. General

Swiss law governs this authorization. Signing it electronically, by typing your name and confirming in your dashboard, is as valid as a signature on paper. We keep a record of who signed, when, and which version.
