A DMCA notice asks a website, host or search engine to remove content that copies your work. US law (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)) lists what a notice must contain. Leave one part out and the recipient can ignore it. Here's a template with every part included.

What a valid notice needs
- 1Your signature. A typed full name works as an electronic signature.
- 2The original work. Say what was copied, for example your OnlyFans page and the posts or sets involved.
- 3The infringing URLs. List every page address, one per line. "My whole folder on your site" is not enough.
- 4Your contact details. An address, phone number or email where they can reach you.
- 5A good-faith statement. That you believe the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
- 6An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury. That the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Where to send it

- The site itself, through its DMCA or abuse contact if it lists one.
- The host. Most leak sites sit behind Cloudflare, so report through Cloudflare's abuse form first and it will name the real host. Our site guides list who we found for Fapello, NudoStar, LeakedZone and others.
- Google, through its copyright removal form. This delists the page even when the site ignores you. See how to remove leaks from Google.
Protect your privacy
- Notices can be published. Google and others send copies of notices to the Lumen database, where anyone can read them. Your name and contact details can end up there.
- Use an agent if you can. An agent can file in their own name on your behalf, so your legal name and address stay off the notice.
- Never send your home address to a leak site. Use a business address or an agent's.
- Don't overclaim. Only list URLs that actually copy your content. False statements in a notice can make you liable.
